A new discovery of "employ-ability"

Don't Ever Say No...
It was a sudden keen insight! I couldn't seem to wake and make it to the 6:15am wait line, and when I was couch surfing, it didn't seem to fit my schedule. Employment centers were different in my day, but I did take advantage of some valuable workshops. One day as I was sitting there looking for opportunity, my phone rang, and when I answered it, a man asked me if I was available to work with rebar... I just so had enough with saying no, and said yes, cupping the phone with my hand I asked aloud "does anybody here now how to work with rebar?"...
"yep, I do!"
I told the man I was too busy, but will send the next best, and made arrangements which satisfied both parties. It was that day I realized that I just employed someone, and coined the line: "Don't ever say no, say yes, and get someone else to do it".
Through the years I developed skills, and then it came time for all the talk to take action. I believe in doing right thing by not leaving out the unfortunate growing avenue of homelessness, and would not carry on nonparticipative of the worlds trampling on forward careless of the damage it has reigned. Most of all, I needed to pull everything together and make some initiative. I had let alcohol into my life and considered m' trustworthy, which in the long run, never pans out well for anybody, and invited drugs into my life. Now how was I going to expect anybody to believe, and put their faith into what I was saying all along? One thing is for sure, rehab isn't for everybody, and I was disappointed when it wasn't working for me, And it wasn't just me, it wasn't working for others as well! It all just seemed like some temporary fix. That it was! And I couldn't deal with it, and I noticed others couldn't bother with it either. I wondered why. Or more specifically, I though about all the people and their struggle, and witnessed a judgmental and underestimating society. It meant for a long way to the top, and as we all aim for the top, how much were we passing by? While not going anywhere. Silly the thoughts, but I knew that if the upward spiral was to mean anything, it had to involve everybody, and have a super cool innovative pitch to it!
Just then an idea hit me! If the addicts pick the programs, workshops,& classes, then they would most likely enjoy their developmental stay, because they created their agenda, and would be around others that did the same! And with team building, and, say, career planning, they would be returning to the work force ready for as a worthy adversary and furthermore, their esteem would be where it belongs, ready for the day ahead, instead of being incomplete, uncertain, stressing, or turning angry, for what ever matter thrown their way. Because it doesn't end. The struggle I mean. It's all about how prepared you are, what mindset your in, and what level of success you are dealing with.
It wouldn't be until a few years later on when I had started working on a website trying to save my identity by introducing myself, and my goals, and ideas, trying to launch a project or two when I thought of something different for employment again. An online employment center! There wasn't much out there, so I had a chance. Independently learning to build a website, while researching the online industry, quoted to be "a trillion dollar industry" by Forbes, I conveniently began to represent my purpose, my character, and soon my personality, all and all, I was aiming to network and utilize my innovative edge, and get my revolutionary concepts out there to become a reality, and get those who could use those concepts to better themselves, and transcend monotony. I don't know if time goes by faster when we get older, but I do know it sure as heck plays at its own velocity, and I didn't want to fool around anymore and miss out.
By now, you might be as anxious as I am to get a move on, so I'll get to the point! I am going to take the experience I have inherited, easily to exhaustively, and filter out all the waste and and focus on accomplishing what I said so long ago, that I was going to look-see solve-a-problem or two, mainly make things more convenient, in order that we may stress less with the worlds day to day inconveniences, "pitfalls", what have you.
After around a year, I finally came up with the perfect name for what will be an online employment recruit/dispatch center. Unique to both job hunters and employers. I call it "ALWAYS READY"
Find it in this website and see what I mean, and let's jumpstart your motives into success-mode.
This is the genesis of the Upward Spiral. Feel free to explore www.theupwardspiral.info, and see what I'm creating for us all, and perhaps get involved. Also, your comments, ideas, and/or advice is greatly welcomed. Thank You
